Fawn is a light, warm tan, and on a felt fedora it reads friendly and relaxed. The men's Rancher in fawn is midweight wool felt, its teardrop crown creased western style and rising 4 1/8 in. The brim gives you 3 1/2 in of shade, and there's no band on it. Adjust the fit with velcro inside. It's currently available in SM only. Wear it with a chambray shirt and brown boots on a cool fall afternoon.

Walt's tip: Keep a light felt hat in a box between wears so dust doesn't settle into the crown.

How should it fit?
Level on your head, about a finger above your eyebrows, clearing the tops of your ears. Sizes in stock run SM to SM. SM fits heads 21 to 21 7/8 in (54 to 55 cm) on American Hat Makers' chart. Between sizes, size up and add an insert.
What do you wear with the Rancher?
A coat, a good knit or a jacket in cooler months. Wear it level or tipped slightly forward with the pinch in front, and handle it by the brim so the crown doesn't crack.
