What MyHatFinder is
MyHatFinder helps you find hats and links you to stores that sell them. We don’t sell hats, take orders or handle payments. When you buy through a link, you’re buying from the store under the store’s own terms, prices, shipping, return and warranty policies. Questions about an order go to the store.
Prices, stock and product details
Product details, prices and sizes come from the stores’ own product data and pages, dated where they appear. Stores change prices and stock often, and data can contain errors. The price and terms shown at the store’s checkout are the ones that apply. We try to keep everything accurate but can’t guarantee it.
Affiliate links
Some links earn us a commission when you buy. Pages with store links say “We earn a commission if you buy, at no cost to you,” and our affiliate disclosure explains how that works, including our Preferred Brand relationship.
Guides and the Hat Finder
Our guides and the Hat Finder are general information to help you shop. They aren’t professional, medical or safety advice. Sun-protection and riding-safety notes point to the sources we cite; follow the guidance of those sources and of the product’s maker. A Match score reflects how a hat’s listed data lines up with your answers; it isn’t a promise that a hat will fit or suit you.
Our content
The text, illustrations, tools and design of MyHatFinder belong to us or our licensors. You’re welcome to share links and short quotes with credit. Please don’t copy whole pages, scrape the site, or use it to build a competing product. Product photos and brand names belong to their owners.
Using the site fairly
Don’t use the site to break the law, interfere with how it works, overload it with automated requests, or submit false information, including in polls or giveaways. We may block access that we believe abuses the site.
Giveaways
Giveaways are governed by their own Official Rules, posted at /giveaway/rules/. If these terms and the Official Rules differ, the Official Rules control for that giveaway.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and the choices you have.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, MyHatFinder won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything about a purchase you make from a store, which is between you and that store. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your state’s law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
