Copper leather has some shine and some rust to it, and on a hat it reads adventurous without trying too hard. This Sierra pairs mid-weight bomber copper cowhide and tops it with nylon mesh, so the crown gets airflow while the brim keeps the leather toughness. The outback crown rises 4 in and the brim stays at 3 in, short enough to clear a truck door. Velcro sweatband, assembled in the USA, and the size on hand is LG.

Cody's tip: Keep it out of a hot truck cab. Leather and baked dashboards have a long, ugly history together.
