Copper sits somewhere between rust and caramel, and it's the most colorful of the Breeze leathers. This one pairs it with polyester mesh in an outback shape, standing 3 3/4 in tall with a 2 3/4 in brim. AHM rates it 50 for sun protection and lists water resistance. A braided band with a tassel at the side and an adjustable chin cord complete it. It comes in SM through 3X with an AHM velcro sweatband, assembled in the USA.

Margo's tip: Copper plus turquoise jewelry is an old pairing that still works. Keep the rest of the outfit simple.

Which size of the Breeze should I get?

Measure your head where the hat sits and match it to the chart. SM fits heads 21 to 21 7/8 in (54 to 55 cm) on American Hat Makers' chart. 3X fits heads 25 to 25 5/8 in (64 to 65 cm) on American Hat Makers' chart. Between sizes, American Hat Makers says to size up and use the foam insert it includes.

Is the Breeze UPF rated?
