Latte is a pale coffee-and-cream color, and in suede it looks soft and easygoing. This Breeze uses lightweight cowhide with polyester mesh, shaped as an outback with a crown of 3 3/4 in and a brim of 2 3/4 in. The listing gives it a 50 sun protection rating and says it handles water. The band is braided leather with a tassel at the side, and there's an adjustable chin cord. Sizes run SM to XX with an AHM velcro sweatband. Assembled in the USA.

Margo's tip: Pale suede shows sweat at the band first. Blot it dry and let the hat sit crown-down in the shade.

Measure your head where the hat sits and match it to the chart. SM fits heads 21 to 21 7/8 in (54 to 55 cm) on American Hat Makers' chart. XX fits heads 24 3/8 to 24 7/8 in (62 to 63 cm) on American Hat Makers' chart. Between sizes, American Hat Makers says to size up and use the foam insert it includes.
