Top hats usually come out for winter balls and candlelit stages. The Rogue keeps that tall, flat-sided silhouette, a 4 in crown over a short 2 in brim, then builds it from black nylon mesh so air can move through the weave. No band or trim interrupts the shape. Inside you'll find a Velcro sweatband, and the label says assembled in the USA. Sizes run MD to XL. It belongs at a summer costume party, a steampunk fair or a daytime show where a felt topper would leave you wishing for a breeze.

Walt's tip: Check our size chart before ordering, since a top hat with a 2 in brim shows every bit of a poor fit. It should sit level, about a finger above the brows.
