For most of its history the top hat has been a cold-weather, after-dark affair. This one takes the daylight shift. Black nylon mesh forms a 4 in top hat crown, the brim stays a neat 2 in, and nothing wraps the base, so the open weave carries the look by itself. A Velcro sweatband sits inside, and it's assembled in the USA. Pick from MD, LG or XL. A lace blouse and tall boots suit it at a festival, and a plain black slip dress gives it room to be the odd, theatrical thing at a garden party.
