Top hats had their heyday in the nineteenth century, and leather ones still turn heads today. The El Dorado in black is 100% cowhide with no band and no trim, so you see the crown and the leather and nothing else. It stands 4 1/2 in tall with a 2 in brim, and an AHM Velcro sweatband sets the fit. It is assembled in the USA. Wear it as is for a steampunk outfit, or add a band of your own and make it yours.
