The fedora is the shape most people picture when they hear Panama hat, and the Medellin sticks to it. Soft genuine Panama straw in a natural shade forms a 4 in fedora crown, with a 3 in brim that shades your face without crowding your shoulders. A grosgrain ribbon band keeps it classic, and the velcro sweatband adjusts. Wear it with a linen suit at a summer wedding or with a polo on the golf course.

Margo's tip: Panama straw prefers to be carried by the brim. Pinching the front of the crown again and again is how cracks start.
