A rancher sits right between a cowboy hat and a fedora, and it's the move when you want Western without the full rodeo. The Granger in black is faux suede with a 4 1/2 in rancher crown and a 3 1/2 in brim, trim enough to slide into a truck without a wrestling match. Leather wraps the crown as a band, edged in corded stitching, with a concho at center. An elastic sweatband takes care of fit, and it's imported in S/M and L/XL. Wear it with a dark sport coat for a Western wedding.

Cody's tip: Rancher crowns are dented on purpose. Leave the crease alone and don't try to punch it out.
