Green woven into natural straw has an outdoorsy, grassy look that suits the golf course, a garden or a day of birdwatching. The Eppie is toyo straw in that two-tone pattern, shaped as a safari hat with a crown of 4 in and a brim of 3 1/2 in. Two sueded bands wrap around the base. A drawstring adjusts the sweatband, and the hat comes in one size. It is imported.

Margo's tip: A 3 1/2 in brim covers your face well, but a sunny back nine still calls for sunscreen on the neck.
