Chocolate brown is the softer cousin of a black trilby. It goes with tweed, camel and denim without any fuss. This one is lightweight cowhide leather with a sewn fabric band, a 3 3/4 in fedora crown and a short 1 1/2 in brim. A Velcro sweatband sits inside. It's assembled in the USA and comes in SM to XX, so most heads have an option. Leather handles wind and rough handling well but runs warm in summer, so call it a cool-season hat.

Walt's tip: Store it on its crown on a shelf, and keep it away from heaters. Warm leather loses its shape.
