Putty is a muted beige-gray that softens a winter wardrobe full of black and navy. The women's Pathfinder comes in this shade in wool felt, with a 4 in outback crown, a 3 in brim, and tails dangling from its faux leather band. The velcro sweatband adjusts, and it's currently available in XL. Wear it with a cream turtleneck and a camel coat.
