Chocolate brown is the deepest shade in the Pathfinder lineup, and it suits the woods in October. This wool felt outback has a 4 in crown, a 3 in brim and a faux leather band finished with hanging tails. An adjustable velcro sweatband sits inside, and sizes go SM to XL. Pair it with a plaid flannel, a canvas vest and a thermos of coffee.

Margo's tip: If it gets wet, let it dry on its crown at room temperature. A campfire is a terrible hat dryer.
