Green leather fits right into a woodland costume, and this women's Hampton is a fine place to start one. The color is London green, on midweight top grain cowhide. A crown of 4 3/4 in gives it height, and a 2 in brim keeps the edge tidy. Deerskin lacing ties the leather band around the base. Inside is an AHM Velcro sweatband, and assembly is in the USA. Add a feather, a cloak and boots for a forest fairy, a huntress or a renaissance fair look.

Walt's tip: Tuck a feather under the deerskin lacing on the side for a quick finish. A brown or speckled one suits green well.
