Light tan leather makes a top hat feel approachable rather than formal. For the women's Hampton, that leather is Cyprus tan top grain cowhide in a medium weight. Its crown reaches 4 3/4 in, and the brim measures 2 in. A band of leather wraps the base, held with deerskin lacing. Fit adjusts through an AHM Velcro sweatband, and the hat is assembled in the USA.
