Brown leather looks better the more places it goes. The Crusher comes in a bomber brown, cut from lightweight cowhide into an outback shape with a 4 in crown and a 3 in brim. The oiled braided band suits the color, and the adjustable chin cord keeps it on when a ridge-top breeze picks up. It is crushable and listed as packable, fits with a Velcro sweatband and is assembled in the USA. Wear it with a canvas jacket and hiking boots on a cool morning hike.
