Gray is the quiet choice in a straw fedora. It goes with navy, white and black, and it doesn't show road dust the way cream does. The Alex is woven from paper and polyester, 75% and 25%, shaped into a teardrop fedora with a 4 1/4 in crown and a 2 1/4 in brim. The sweatband is a drawstring ribbon, so you can snug the fit yourself. It's imported.

Margo's tip: A 2 1/4 in brim is mostly ornamental for shade purposes. Plan on sunscreen for the back of your neck.
