Tea is a warm, darker straw shade, and it keeps a summer fedora from looking too bright. The Carmel is half raffia, half paper braid, shaped as a teardrop fedora with a 4 1/2 in crown and a 2 in brim. A two-toned striped ribbon with a crosspiece runs around the crown. With a brim this short, it's a style hat, not a shade hat. The AHM velcro sweatband adjusts. Sizes MD, LG and XL. Imported.

Margo's tip: A 2 in brim leaves your neck exposed. Bring sunscreen if the patio is in full sun.
