Canvas is the practical outback material, easy to throw in a truck and pull out again. The Irwin is 100% cotton canvas, mid-weight, in a weathered brown, with a 4 in outback crown and a 3 in brim. Its band is sewn from weathered cotton, and an adjustable chin cord holds it on in wind. The sweatband uses a sticky sizer. It is imported. Wear it fishing, hiking or on a dusty day at the deer lease.

Margo's tip: Brush canvas dry rather than scrubbing. If it gets damp, let it air dry on its crown.
