Red, white and blue in a small magnetic pin.

By Walt Mercer, felt, fit and care desk Pen name, fact-checked by our team

The Houston pin is done in red, white and blue, which makes it a natural fit for the Fourth of July, a rodeo parade or a ballgame. It is small and holds with a backing magnet, so it can sit on a hat band or a shirt pocket and come off cleanly. It is imported.

Walt's tip: Put the backing magnet inside the crown behind the band. The pin will sit flush and stay put.
