Our take · Researched, not tested

A yellow Troop Support pin. Small, magnetic, and it says plenty.

By Walt Mercer, felt, fit and care desk Pen name, fact-checked by our team

This small yellow pin shows support for the troops. It attaches with a strong backing magnet instead of a traditional pin, so it can go on a hat or any piece of clothing without leaving holes. Wear it on a cowboy hat band for a Veterans Day parade or on a jacket lapel through the week.

Walt's tip: Remember to take your hat off for the anthem; the pin can stay on.
