Brown leather softens a look in a way black doesn't, and on a flat cap it pairs well with tweed, cords and brown boots. The Bookie is lightweight cowhide built from four panels, finished with a stitched peak. It sits low, with a 2 1/2 in crown and a short 1 1/2 in brim. There's no outside band, and the sweatband is sewn in. Choose from MD, LG and XL. Imported.

Walt's tip: Store it flat on a shelf, not crushed in a drawer. Creases in leather tend to stay.
