White glove service for the order you don't want to wait on.

By Walt Mercer, felt, fit and care desk Pen name, fact-checked by our team

This is a service add-on from American Hat Makers, not a product. The listing names four parts: shipping insurance, white glove service, a lifetime refurb, and having your order packed first. Insurance and refurb are the pieces that matter most for a hat you plan to keep for years. Ask the store for the details of each before you buy.

Walt's tip: Keep your receipt with the hat's paperwork. A lifetime refurb is only useful if you can find proof of it later.
