When a hat is only slightly big, a full size reducer is too much. These half size reducers are a pair of sizers that attach with Velcro buttons at the front of non-felt hats. They take the fit down by half a size and add some cushion against the forehead. They also serve as replacement sweatliners.

Walt's tip: Start with one sizer centered at the front. A hat that sits level, about a finger above the eyebrows, is the goal.
