Our take · Researched, not tested

Gives your hat somewhere to hang besides the passenger seat.

By Walt Mercer, felt, fit and care desk Pen name, fact-checked by our team

Plenty of hats meet their end off the head, sat on at home or sliding across the dash on a sharp turn. This portable hanger clips onto just about anything, from a closet rod to a spot in the car, and holds the hat up out of harm's way. It moves with you, so the hat has a safe spot wherever you park it.

Walt's tip: Even hanging in the car, keep the hat out of direct sun through the windshield. A hot cab is hard on any hat.
