Most top hats keep their trim polite. The Vector does the opposite. Its midweight black cowhide wears a bandana band under a diamond-cut leather overlay, with an angel skull ornament and a silver chain added for good measure. The crown is 4 in tall and the brim 2 in. There's a Velcro sweatband, sizes MD to XL, and it's assembled in the USA. It suits a rock show, a biker rally or Halloween better than an opera house.
