Brown is the easy feather color. It sits well on tan straw, chocolate felt and most shades in between. The Sandi has a soft, velvety surface and a natural curve, which gives a plain hat band some movement. It's sold as the feather alone, ready to tuck into the band you already have.

Walt's tip: Tuck it on the side of the crown with the curve facing back, so it sweeps with the brim instead of against it.
