Ringneck is a vivid blue natural feather about 6 3/4 in long and 1 in wide. Since it's a real feather, each one varies a little. Its slim shape tucks neatly into a hat band, adding a streak of color to a felt fedora, a straw cowboy hat or an outback. Imported, one size.
