Our take · Researched, not tested

A turquoise feather with a soft, velvety look.

Painted portrait of Walt Mercer
By Walt Mercer, felt, fit and care desk Pen name, fact-checked by our team

The Jaunty is a turquoise hat feather described as soft and velvety in texture. It suits dressier occasions as well as everyday wear, and it shows up nicely against a brown, tan or black band. It is the feather only.

Walt's tip: Pair turquoise with a brown leather band or a natural straw. It disappears on a blue hat.
